In PHP 8.0+, accessing an array key that has not been initialized emits an `Undefined array key` warning (previously `Undefined index` in PHP 7).
Accessing `$_GET['id']` or `$_POST['email']` without checking whether the user submitted that input.

The `$user` array contains keys `'name'` and `'role'`. Accessing `$user['email']` evaluates to `null` and logs an undefined array key warning.
